How to Recommend Media to the DCMP
Each year, the DCMP adds new captioned and described educational media to its collection.
We would like to know what media is needed for K-12 students who are deaf, hard
of hearing, visually impaired, or deaf-blind.
Teachers and other professionals working with students: Tell us what captioned and
described media you need for your students. If you want to be specific, give us
a title and the producer. If you want to be general, identify needs for a
curricular area and respective grade level(s).
Families: Tell us captioned and described media you would like to see available
for your son or daughter. Tell us the needs you have as a family and needs
you have related to your child's school work. Also tell us if you would like
DCMP information sent to your child's school. (Please include the school's name
and address with your recommendation.)
Kids: Have a parent, guardian, or teacher send us your recommendations.
