Registration > Level 2 Registration
To be able to borrow media from DCMP, whether online as streaming video or offline on DVD through the mail, you must be registered and approved as a Level 2 member. Level 2 membership certifies that the media will be used by approved viewers, namely school-aged children who are blind or visually impaired and/or deaf or hard of hearing.
The process should be fairly self-explanatory. There are 6-7 steps/pages, but the entire process should take you no more than 3-5 minutes to complete. When you finish, an e-mail is automatically sent to the DCMP client services staff who will review your application and certify you for membership or request additional information. Once your application has been approved for Level 2 membership, you can begin borrowing media items immediately.
