There are currently 2 levels of membership in DCMP.
The first level (Level 1) requires only a login username and password. This level does not allow borrowing of media items, but it does allow you save your preferences on the Web site and create customized catalogs and receive newsletters. (Everyone, registered or not, has access to articles and information.)
The second level (Level 2) requires full registration, including a brief questionnaire to certify you are eligible to use the media items. This level of membership allows you to borrow media free-of-charge, either by streaming it online or by receiving DVDs through the U.S. mail.
