Registration > First-Time Users
The process of certifying for the program should take only a few minutes, but you will need a response from DCMP staff before you will be allowed to proceed with your ordering, so please plan for at least one business day to complete this process.
Step-by-step Instructions:
| • | Click on the "Login" link on the new Web site |
| • | Complete the online registration process for Level 1 membership. In addition to your name and e-mail address, you will be asked to create a user name and password for login and create a security question and answer. If you forget your password, the program will ask you the question you save here, and you will be expected to provide the answer. |
| • | If registration is successful, you will be taken to the login page where you should enter the user name and password you just created. |
| • | You are now registered as a "Level 1 member." The application will ask if you would like to apply for Level 2 membership. If you answer "Yes," you will continue on to registering for Level 2 membership. If you answer "No," you will have an option to receive e-mail newsletters and you can manage your DCMP account, but you will be unable to borrow media until you complete the Level 2 registration (which you can do at anytime from a link on the "My DCMP" page). |
